Gold price increases marginally for 24 carat, 22 carat gold in India on December 20

Bhubaneswar: The price of gold in India has increased marginally for 24 carat and 22 carat gold in the last 24 hours. On December 20, 2023, the 24 carat gold (10 grams) costs Rs 62,080 while 22 carat gold (10 grams) Rs 61,780. The rates have hiked by Rs 80 for both 24 carat and 22 carat gold in the last 24 hours.

Coming to Odisha’s capital city Bhubaneswar, the price of gold has remain unchanged in the last 24 hours. On December 20, 2023, 24 carat gold (10 grams) costs Rs 62,620. Meanwhile, 22 carat gold (10 grams) has been priced at Rs 57,400.

Changes in gold price were also recorded in major cities of India. In Delhi, while 24 carat gold has been priced at Rs 62,770, 22 carat gold costs Rs 57,550. In Kolkata, 24 carat gold costs Rs 62,620 and 22 carat gold costs Rs 57,400.

Further in Mumbai, 24 carat gold has been priced at Rs 62,620 while 22 carat gold costs Rs 57,400. Lastly, in Chennai, the 24 carat gold costs Rs 52,285 while 22 carat gold has been priced at Rs 47,927.

Silver rates have increased marginally in India in the last 24 hours. On December 20, 2023, silver has been priced at Rs 73,700 per kg. The rates have increased by Rs 100 in the last 24 hours.
