Complaint filed against Havildar in Bhubaneswar for raping niece

Bhubaneswar: A complaint has been lodged against a Police Havildar here in Odisha for raping his niece. The victim has complained at Saheed Nagar Police station against her relative uncle alleging that he raped her.

Since filing of the complaint the said Havildar has fled from the scene.

As per reports, the accused person was working as a havildar at the Capital police station in Bhubaneswar.

As per latest reports the accused Havildar has been arrested today. Saheed Nagar Police arrested him.
