Lava Shark 5G to launch in India on May 23, to cost under Rs 10,000

Lava Shark 5G launch will take place in India this month and the launch date is May 23. The company has officially teased the important features of the upcoming device. Price range of the device is also revealed by the company. Latest leak about the smartphone has revealed key details about the device. The design of the smartphone will be similar to the existing Lava Shark 4G.
According to the company’s press release, the Lava Shark 5G will be launching on May 23. The AnTuTu score of the device is over 4,00,000. The device offers LPDDR4X support and will cost under Rs 10,000 in India.
On the camera front, the Lava Shark 5G is expected to offer dual rear camera at the back and single selfie camera at the front. The smartphone will get blue and gold colour options. There is a LED flash unit that is placed in the camera island and offers a circular design. According to the Geekbench listing, the Lava Shark 5G will be powered by a Unisoc T765 SoC that is paired with 4GB of RAM. The storage is 64GB and the OS is Android 15 out-of-the-box.
Speaking about the Lava Shark 4G, the price of the device is Rs 6999 for the 4GB + 64GB option. The device packs a 6.7-inch HD+ display that offers a refresh rate of 120Hz. The primary camera is a 50MP sensor while the selfie camera is an 8MP sensor. A Unisoc T606 SoC powers the device and a 5000mAh battery is offered onboard. There is an 18W wired charging support onboard.
