Specifications
The HMD Fuse is powered by a Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 chipset from Qualcomm and comes with a display size of 6.56-inches. The refresh rate is 90Hz. The device gets 6GB of RAM and 128GB of on-board storage. There is also a provision for virtual RAM too. The smartphone weighs 202.5 grams and comes with dimensions of 164.15 x 75.5 x 8.32mm.
When it comes to connectivity features, the HMD Fuse gets 5G, 4G LTE, Bluetooth 5.1, Wi-Fi 6, NFC, GPS, 3.5mm headphone jack and much more.
When it comes to camera, the device gets a 108-megapixel primary camera with EIS and 2-megapixel depth sensor. The rear camera module gets a LED flash and there is a 50MP camera for selfies/ video calls. There is 5000 mAh battery on the device and offers 33W fast charging support. The company claims that the device will offer up to 56 hours of usage.
Child safety features
The HMD Fuse emphasis a lot on child safety and it comes with the HarmBlock+ parental suite. There is a pre-trained AI model on the device called HarmBlock AI and it blocks explicit photos as well as videos. The company has also claimed that the viewfinder of the camera can detect explicit imagery and stop it from taking pictures or taking videos.
The Parents or guardians can choose the contacts that can be called or messaged. They can also designate safe zones and receive notifications as child enters or exits the specific zone. The parents also have the control over apps that will be available on HMD Fuse.
