Puri: A number of patients became critical at the District Headquarter Hospital (DHH) here in Odisha on Saturday after they were allegedly given wrong injection.
Following the incident, relatives of the patient staged ruckus demanding immediate treatment. Of course, as of now the patients are out of danger.
As per reports, several patients, who were getting treated at the Male Medicine Ward of Puri DHH became critical after the staff nurses injected them with a certain injection.
After getting injected, many patients started vomiting while they also became sick of fever. Hence, relatives of the patients staged ruckus.
However, soon the doctor came and gave other injection and then the patients felt relaxed.
We are yet to get reaction of Puri CDMO over this incident.
