Drunk man swallows live cobra! Admitted at hospital in critical condition
The man in an inebriated condition caught the venomous snake and started to chew it after putting in his mouth, following which he became critically ill.
Balangir: In a bizarre incident, a 50-year-old ma under the influence of alcohol reportedly attempted to swallow a live cobra at Tentulikhunti village in Balangir district of Odisha.

Without delay, his family members rushed him Tushura Hospital for treatment. Later he was shifted to the Bhima Bhoi Medical College Hospital in Balangir as his health condition deteriorated. A special team of doctors are closely monitoring the oisoning effects of the snake’s venom on him.
Meanwhile, the bizarre incident shocked and surprised everyone has become the talk of the town in the area.
