BSE Odisha announces schedule for 2nd Single Subject (Class-X Standard) Exam in Odia and 2nd Half Yearly (Class-VIII Standard.) Language Test
The Board of Secondary Education (BSE), Odisha, has announced the schedule for the 2nd Single Subject (Class-X Standard) Exam in Odia and 2nd Half Yearly (Class-VIII Standard.) Language Test 2025.
Cuttack: The Board of Secondary Education (BSE), Odisha, has announced the schedule for the 2nd Single Subject (Class-X Standard) Exam in Odia and 2nd Half Yearly (Class-VIII Standard.) Language Test 2025.
The candidates who desire to appear the exams may download the application form and instruction by visiting the website www.bseodisha.ac.in from September 20.
The application form duly filled in all respect along with requisite fee should be deposited in the respective Zonal Offices of the Board located at Cuttack, Bhubaneswar, Berhampur, Balasore, Jeypore, and Sambalpur, informed the board.
Fee of Submission of forms without fine (including cost of application form)
- Single Subject Class- X Standard: Rs 1400
- Half Yearly Lang. Test Class-VIII Standard: Rs 900
Dates of Submission of forms without fine (including cost of application form):
- On or before October 5, 2025
Dates of Submission of forms with fine:
- The candidates can submit their forms on or before October 10, 2025 with fines. While the Single Subject Class- X Standard applicants will have to pay Rs 1600, the candidates applying for the Half Yearly Lang. Test Class-VIII Standard will have to pay Rs 1000.
Dates and time of exams of Submission of forms with fine:
- Both the exams to be held on the same day on November 19.
- While the written exam for Single Subject Class- X Std will be held from 8 AM to 10.30 AM, the Half Yearly Lang. Test Class-VIII Std to begin from 8 AM and continue till 9 AM.
- Likewise, the Half Yearly Lang. Test Class-VIII Std oral exam to be conducted from 10 AM onwards.
