In a shocking incident, two farmers were killed when a speeding car rammed into them while they were repairing a punctured tyre on Saturday. The incident reportedly took place at Sangar area in Jaisalmer district.

As per the reports given by Police officials, the two farmers were on their way for farming when the incident took place.

The deceased has been identified as Bhura Ram (42) and Surat Ram (51). They were residents of Pachapadara. They were on their way to Mohangarh with a tractor-trolley for farming. On the way, their tyre got punctured near Bhelani toll post. At the time when they were repairing the punctured tyres, a speeding car rammed into them.

They were immediately rushed to a nearby hospital, but the doctors declared them dead.

Further investigation is underway.

Meanwhile in another shocking incident, a marriage party going in a car lost control and rammed into a wall near the Inter college on the Meerut-Badayun road in UP. As many as 8 including the groom were killed in the accident in Friday night.
