An online education meeting was disrupted when a participant played an obscene video during the session in Uttar Pradesh.
Uttar Pradesh: In a shocking incident, an online education meeting was disrupted when a participant played an obscene video during the session in Maharajganj district of Uttar Pradesh.
According to the reports, the meeting was held on Zoom under the ‘e-Chaupal’ initiative. It was attended by education officers, headmasters, teachers, journalists and members of the public.
The meeting was started with participants discussing issues related to school infrastructure, staffing shortages and way to improve the facilities.
During the discussion, a person reportedly shared their screen and played an obscene video named ‘Jason Jr’, shocking everyone present in the meeting.
The video made all attendees very uncomfortable after which the organizers decided to end the meeting.
Further, the officials filed a police complaint about the incident. The cyber police have started an investigation into the matter.
