Ranbir Kapoor’s sister Riddhima to make Bollywood debut with Kapil Sharma, shares BTS pictures on social media

Actor Ranbir Kapoor’s sister Riddhima Kapoor Sahni will soon be marking her debut in Bollywood with a situational comedy film sharing the screen space with comedian Kapil Sharma. Ashish R Mohan’s directorial and Abbas-Mustan’s production project is being made in the hilly location of Shimla, Himachal Pradesh.

Kapil Sharma recently posted a behind-the-scenes picture from the sets, along with his co-actors Riddhima, his wife Ginni Chatrath, Neetu Kapoor, and Sadiaa Khatib. The comedian had captioned the post, “Smiles, stories, and a whole lot of behind-the-scenes love.” Riddhima posted a picture from the same night as well, with the caption “Happiness is contagious, spread it.”

The movie is Riddhima’s big-screen entry, and she is apparently thrilled to make her entry into comedy. A source informs that Neetu Kapoor plays a key role in the film, with her bringing in chaos and humor to the plot. The movie is set to release in the second half of 2025.

Riddhima Kapoor Sahni gained fame after her stint in the Netflix series Fabulous Lives of Bollywood Wives, rubbing shoulders with other high-profile wives of Bollywood. Her parents and daughter Samara are said to be overjoyed with her new journey and are completely backing her acting career decision.
