Apple India has leased around 2.7 lakh square feet of office space in Embassy Zenith, Bengaluru for a 10 year term. The total rent including the maintenance and car parking is expected to be more than Rs 1,000 crore.
According to the reports, the company has taken nine floors, from 5th to 13th floor with a carpet area of 1.96 lakh sq ft and a chargeable area of 2.86 sq ft. on Sankey Road, Bengaluru through Mac Charles (India) Ltd.
Further, the deal includes at least 362 cars parking spaces. Apple has reportedly already deposited Rs. 31.57 crore as security. Additionally, the rent will increase by 4.5% each year.
Apple also has the option to lease an extra 1.21 lakh sq ft across the ground and fourth floor in the building.
Meanwhile, Apple has reportedly been India’s biggest exporter of mobile phones. In 2024-25, it exported iPhones worth around Rs 1.5 lakh crore. The company will be launching the iPhone 17e next year and it will be the successor of the iPhone 16e.
The specifications of the iPhone 17e have been leaked ahead of launch. On the other hand, another report has revealed that Apple will not be launching the iPhone 18 variant in the second half of 2026.

According to the latest leak by Chinese microblogging ‘Tipster Digital Chat Station’ the Apple iPhone 17e will offer a 6.1-inch OLED display. The refresh rate will be 60Hz. The device will be powered by Apple A19 chip.
In terms of camera specifications, the Apple iPhone 17e will be a single 48MP camera on the back. At the front, the smartphone will offer a 12MP selfie camera. It is likely that the device will feature a ‘Smart Island design’ which the tipster might have referred to as Apple Dynamic Island. The 3D face recognition might be offered in the iPhone 17e.
