Asha Bhosle’s granddaughter Zanai ties rakhi to cricketer Mohammed Siraj, adorable video goes viral

Indian cricketer Mohammed Siraj celebrated Raksha Bandhan with Asha Bhosle’s granddaughter Zanai Bhosle, and the adorable video of Zanai tying a rakhi on Siraj’s wrist has gone viral. Fans initially wondered if the two were in a romantic relationship, but they soon explained that they are brother and sister. Zanai posted the adorable video with a sweet caption, “Happy Rakhi. Couldn’t have asked for better.”

Siraj’s outstanding performance on the England tour fetched him universal praise. He claimed 23 wickets, displaying extraordinary stamina and mental toughness by bowling close to 186 overs over five Tests. Pakistan cricketer Wasim Akram admired Siraj’s hunger and zeal, saying, “He’s not only a support bowler anymore. He’s leading the attack and doing it with heart.” Siraj came forward as the savior when Jasprit Bumrah played just three Tests, making India achieve a 2-2 series tie.

Siraj’s hard work proved fruitful, as he attained his career best ratings of 674 points in the ICC Men’s Test Bowler Rankings and rose 12 spots to take up the 15th position. Reacting to the video, Rishabh Pant showered love on the pair with a love emoji.
