Priyanka Chopra announces release date of new film ‘Tiger’, says it was fun giving voice

Bollywood actress Priyanka Chopra Jonas has announced the release date of her new project, titled ‘Tiger’. She has given her voice to a tigress called Amba. It is worth mentioning here that Amba is the lead character of the film ‘Tiger’ in the Disney Plus Hotstar film.

Sharing the release date on her official Instagram handle, Priyanka said that film is set in the jungles of India. The post has been accompanied with a caption that read, “‘Tiger’ a story that captures the wild and brings out everything that happens within it – tales of love, conflict, hunger, survival and so much more.”

She further said, “I had so much fun lending my voice to this incredible story and exploring the jungles through this film. I can’t wait for y’all to enjoy the jungle with us! ‘Tiger’ on your screens this Earth Day, 22nd April.”

Earlier, Priyanka Chopra has given her voice to the 2016 film, ‘The Jungle Book’, which also featured the voices of Shah Rukh Khan, Aryan Khan, Nana Patekar, Om Puri, and Shefali Shah.

In the work front, Priyanka was last seen on the big screen in the 2023 romantic drama, ‘Love Again’. Her ‘Heads of State’, with Idris Elba and John Cena, is in the pipeline.
