Delhi University offers chance to students affected by ‘Operation Sindoor’ for re-examination

Delhi: A special provision has been announced by Delhi University for students who missed their semester exams on May 13, 14, and 15, 2025, due to ‘Operation Sindoor’.

The university will conduct special exams for affected students, providing them an opportunity to reappear for the missed papers.

According to the Controller of Examinations, students who were unable to attend the exams due to unavoidable circumstances during Operation Sindoor can apply for the special exams by filling out a Google form. The form must be submitted by July 10, 2025, at 11:59 pm.

The special provision is open to undergraduate and postgraduate students who missed their exams due to Operation Sindoor. Students may be required to produce documentary evidence showing that they were affected by the operation and couldn’t reach Delhi to appear for the exams.

By offering this second chance, Delhi University aims to support students who were disadvantaged due to circumstances beyond their control.
