Viral Video accidentally reveals Deepika Padukone’s daughter Dua’s face, internet slams fan account for breaching privacy

Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh’s newborn daughter Dua is taking the center stage after a fan account posted a video of the cute baby. Even though the couple had asked the paparazzi to keep their child under wraps, the account posted the clip anyway, leaving netizens fuming.

Deepika is spotted covering Dua’s face and asking a person to stop recording in the video. The actress was wearing a mask to maintain both her and her daughter’ privacy. The fan account’s move has however been criticised by fans, and they want the video removed.

The netizens are outraged over the violation of consent and the risk it poses to the child’s welfare. “She obviously does not want her to be recorded. Take it down,” one had said. Another posted, “I don’t think you should be sharing this, especially if the parents haven’t consented. Doesn’t matter if she’s a celeb baby, but she’s too young, and this is wrong on so many moral levels.”

Deepika and Ranveer welcomed their baby girl on September 8, 2024, and shared this good news with their fans through a social media post. The couple has been maintaining the privacy of their child’s life, and this recent event set off a controversy regarding celebrity children’s privacy and the involvement of fan accounts.
