Royal Enfield has announced that it will reduce prices across its popular 350cc motorcycle range following the recent cut in Goods and Services Tax (GST).

The government’s decision to lower GST on motorcycles up to 350cc from 28 percent to 18 percent will come into effect from September 22, 2025.

According to the reports, Royal Enfield has confirmed that the entire benefit of this reduction will be passed on to its customers. This reform makes the brand’s best-selling models including the Classic 350, Bullet 350 and Hunter 350 significantly more affordable.

The Classic 350 which is one of the most iconic motorcycles in the country will cost at around Rs. 1.77 lakh and the top end variant to about Rs. 2.14 lakh after the recent rate cut.

The Bullet 350 which has been part of Royal Enfield’s heritage for decades will now start at nearly Rs. 1.56 lakh while its premium version will cost around Rs. 2 lakh.

The Hunter 350 which is already the most affordable Royal Enfield could be priced as low as Rs. 1.27 lakh if the full benefit is applied, while the top model is expected to cost close to Rs. 1.59 lakh.

The new GST slabs also bring a change at the other end of the market. While motorcycles up to 350cc will benefit from lower taxes, bikes with larger engines will become more expensive as they now fall under the higher 40 percent GST bracket.

This means that Royal Enfield’s bigger motorcycles including the Himalayan 450 and the Interceptor 650 will reportedly see a rise in prices.
