Chandigarh based entrepreneur MK Bhatia, founder of Mits Healthcare in Panchkula, surprised his employees by gifting 51 brand-new cars to his top-performing team members.
Sharing the news on LinkedIn, Bhatia expressed deep gratitude towards his team and wrote, “For the last two years, we’ve celebrated our incredible team by gifting cars to our most dedicated performers — and this year, the celebration continues!”
“I’ve never called them employees or staff — they are the rockstar celebrities of my filmy life, the stars who make every scene of our journey a blockbuster,” he added.
The celebrations included a grand “Car Gift Rally” from the showroom to the company’s office, where employees proudly drove their new cars.
Bhatia reportedly stated his associates are the true strength behind his pharmaceutical business, emphasizing that their hard work, honesty and dedication form the foundation of its success. Recognizing and motivating them, he said, is his greatest goal.
His thoughtful act has gone viral on social media, drawing widespread praise for his generosity. Users called it a refreshing example of leadership, with many expressing admiration for the way he values his team.
In previous years, Bhatia had gifted 12 cars in 2022 and 15 cars in 2023. Last year, he reportedly had announced his wish to give away 50 cars this year.
