A disturbing video has surfaced showing a live accident in which a biker is killed after being crushed by a minitruck. The incident is reportedly from Bhiwandi, Rajasthan.

The video shows a minitruck moving on the road with a biker riding his bike on its left side. At an intersection, the minitruck suddenly turns left without signaling, while the biker, probably assuming the minitruck would go straight, stays on the left and attempts to overtake. This proves fatal for the biker, and the minitruck crushes him and flees the scene.

The video was shared by user Deadly Kalesh (and re-posted by Ghar Ke Kalesh) to X platform with the caption, “Who’s at fault? Biker or Mini truck driver?”

The post has gained over 9k views and numerous comments, with opinions divided on who was at fault. Some commenters blame the minitruck driver for not signaling and turning suddenly, while others suggest the biker should have been more cautious, especially when overtaking from the left.

Here are some of the comments:

– “Fault? In Bhiwandi it’s a team effort—biker trusts destiny, truck trusts inertia, and traffic rules are just spectators.”

– “The mini truck turning left from the right lane is the culprit. But as an alert biker, I would keep checking my surroundings.”

– “Truck driver no doubt. But the biker should have thought about the truck’s blind spots.”

– “Indian roads are like Super Mario Game, Bowser will always pop out of somewhere to kill you, it’s always Mario’s fault.”

– “Had he worn a helmet, he would have been alive.”

– “Both… whenever you’re driving a vehicle, you should have complete control over it… but it seems both were in a haste…”

– “Both are wrong. Truck – No indicator, turned directly without checking the back mirror, and turned directly from the fast lane. Bike – Overtaking from the left side. Biker should be more careful. Truck has more mistakes.”
