IPoS officer Nirmaljit Singh appointed as new Chief Postmaster General of Odisha
The Department of Posts has reportedly appointed 1997 batch Indian Postal Service (IPoS) officer Nirmaljit Singh as the new Chief Postmaster General (CPMG) of Odisha Postal Circle.
Bhubaneswar: The Department of Posts has reportedly appointed 1997 batch Indian Postal Service (IPoS) officer Nirmaljit Singh as the new Chief Postmaster General (CPMG) of Odisha Postal Circle.
With his distinguished career in the Indian Postal Service, Nirmaljit Singh is set to bring innovative leadership and operational excellence to the Odisha Postal Circle.
In his new role, Singh will oversee the administration and operations of the Odisha Circle, which is responsible for delivering postal services to millions of people across the state.
With a vast experience in both the administrative and operational aspects of the postal system Singh is well-positioned to further strengthen the efficiency, accessibility, and quality of services offered by the Odisha Postal Circle.
Meanwhile, Singh issued a statement in which he said, “I am deeply honoured and excited to take on the responsibility as Chief Postmaster General of Odisha Circle.”
“The postal department has always been a cornerstone of public service, and I look forward to contributing to its growth and modernization in Odisha, ensuring that we continue to meet the needs of the people with integrity and innovation,” he added.
