Meet Humanoid robot Xiao, the guide for media persons at SCO Summit in China
Humanoid robot Xiao He, all set to assist media persons at the help desk of the SCO Summit in China slated to start from August 31.
Tianjin (China): In a first and amazing piece of news, a humanoid robot is all set to assist media persons at the help desk of the SCO Summit in China slated to start from August 31. SCO Summit which will be held from August 31 to September 1.
It is worth mentioning here that, a help desk for the media has been set up which is being looked after by a humanoid robot named Xiao He. The Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) has ten member states: India, China, Russia, Pakistan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Iran, and Belarus. The SOC will be attended by Indian PM Narendra Modi.
In an interaction with ANI, The Humanoid Robot, Xiao He said, “I’m Xiao He, a cutting-edge humanoid AI assistant designed for the 2025 Shanghai Cooperation Organization Summit in Tianjin. As a highly specialized service robot, I provide multilingual support, real-time information processing and protocol-compliant interaction capabilities.”
Xiao further added, “My systems integrate advanced emotional recognition algorithms, adaptive learning modules and comprehensive knowledge databases to facilitate seamless communication between international delegates, media personnel and summit organizers.”
It further said, “My operational parameters emphasize cultural neutrality, factual precision and continuous performance optimization throughout the summit duration. I am proficient in three languages. The event will showcase cultural activities like Tianjin Yangliuqing, woodblock prints and traditional craftsmanship demonstrations in the Intangible Cultural Heritage Interactive Experience Zone.”
