The Samsung W26 foldable smartphone has been launched in China. For those who are unknown, the W26 foldable smartphone is basically the Galaxy Z Fold7 with the some cosmetic and hardware upgrades. It also gets a premium unboxing experience.
Samsung offers the W26 smartphone with a standard 16GB RAM. In terms of storage, the smartphone is offered with 512GB storage and 1TB options. When it comes to features, Samsung offers satellite connectivity feature on the W26. This feature allows users in China to use the Tiantong satellite system. The satellite system can be used for calling and messaging in areas where there is no connectivity.
When it comes to colours, the smartphone is available in red and black colour options. The frame and camera rings are offered in gold accents.
The retail box is more like a gift box and offers complimentary goodies. The box contains Kevlar case which matches the device colour, a 25W charger, a USB-C cable along with a CNY 1000 gift card.
Samsung W26 does get a premium price. It costs CNY 16,999 for the 16GB RAM and 512GB storage version. The premium 16GB RAM and 1TB storage costs CNY 18,999. The device can be pre-ordered from Samsung and China Telecom.
