According to a leak by SamMobile, the Samsung Galaxy S26 Pro will be either available with Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 SoC or Exynos 2600 SoC. In the US and China markets, the Galaxy S26 Pro will be available with Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 SoC. This might mean that we (in India) will get the device with Exynos 2600 SoC.
The company might take a similar path for the Galaxy S26+ model. Even though Samsung was planning to drop the Plus model in S26 line-up, it has started its development following the un-expected sales of Galaxy S25 Edge, reported GSMArena.
When it comes to Exynos 2600, the in-house chipset from Samsung will be the first 2nm mobile chip. It is expected to come with a deca-core CPU configuration (1+3+6) configuration. The mass production of the chipset has already begun last month, mentioned reports.
