New Delhi: Realme has confirmed that the Realme 16 Pro series will be launched in India on January 6, 2026. The upcoming series will include two models Realme 16 Pro+ 5G and Realme 16 Pro 5G. Ahead of the launch, the company has revealed key details about the Realme 16 Pro 5G, including its processor, battery, display and camera features.
Both smartphones will be available for purchase through Flipkart and the Realme India online store. The launch event will begin at 12 PM (IST) on January 6, 2026.
Realme 16 Pro 5G: Specifications and Features
The Realme 16 Pro 5G will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7300-Max 5G chipset. According to the company, the smartphone has scored over 9,70,000 points on AnTuTu. To manage heat, it will feature an AirFlow vapour chamber cooling system. The phone will run on Android 16-based Realme UI 7.0.
The handset will pack a 7,000mAh Titan battery, supported by an AI Long-life Battery Chip, along with Super Power Saving Mode and Bypass Charging.
The AMOLED display will offer a 144Hz refresh rate, 1.5K resolution, up to 6,500 nits peak brightness, and support 1.07 billion colours.
In the camera department, the Realme 16 Pro 5G will feature a 200-megapixel LumaColor image-tuned camera system, similar to the Pro+ model, with support for 4K video recording.
Design and Colour Options
The Realme 16 Pro series has been designed in collaboration with Japanese designer Naoto Fukasawa. The lineup will feature the new ‘Urban Wild’ design and will be available in Master Gold and Master Grey, along with India-exclusive Camellia Pink and Orchid Purple colour options.
