Samsung has silently launched a new affordable smartphone in India. The device has been spotted on the official Samsung India website and e-commerce platform Amazon.
However, Samsung has not revealed the pricing and availability details of the Galaxy M07 on its official site. Meanwhile, Amazon has put a discounted price tag of Rs 6,999 and an original price of Rs 9,999 for the for the single 4GB RAM + 64GB storage variant of the Galaxy M07 on its platform.
The detailed specifications and features of the smartphone has been revealed by both Samsung and Amazon India.
According to the official listing, the device sports a massive a 6.7-inch display and is powered by the MediaTek Helio G99 processor along with a 5,000mAh battery.
Additionally, it is said to have dual camera setup and IP54 rating for dust and water resistance.
Moreover, it will also get six Android updates and six years of security updates.
Samsung Galaxy M07 Price
According to Amazon India listing, the Samsung Galaxy M07 is currently priced at Rs 6,999 for the single 4GB RAM + 64GB storage variant. The listing for the smartphone suggests it will come in a black colourway, and there is currently no mention of other options.
Apart from the direct discount, buyers can also get additional offer of five percent cashback on payment with Amazon Pay ICICI credit card and price cut of up to Rs 325 on transaction via SBI Cards.
Moreover, Amazon is also offering EMI options starting at Rs 339 and exchange offers of up to Rs 6,600.
Samsung has not revealed the pricing and availability details of the Galaxy M07.
Samsung Galaxy M07 Specifications
The new Samsung Galaxy M07 has a slim and sleek design with a 7.6 width. It comes with a 6.7-inch HD+ (720×1600 Pixels) display that supports up to 90Hz refresh rate and 260ppi pixel density. It has Android 15 based One UI 7.0 Operating system. The smartphone has an octa core MediaTek Helio G99 chipset.
The camera module at the rear features two sensors including a 50-megapixel primary sensor with f/1.8 aperture and 2-megapixel depth sensor. Meanwhile, at the front, the mobile sports an 8-megapixel front facing camera with f/2.0 aperture that can be used to capture selfies and to conduct video chats.
The other noticeable features of the smartphone include a Bluetooth 5.3 along with GPS, Glonass, BeiDou, Galileo, QZSS, Wi-Fi for connectivity. It also gets a 3.5mm audio jack and USB Type-C port for audio output and charging.
With a IP54 rating, the device is safe from dust and accidental splashes. Sensors onboard are accelerometer, side mounted fingerprint sensor, light sensor and proximity sensor.
The device is said to offer all day power with a 5,000mAh battery with 25W fast charging support. It measures 167.4×77.4×7.6mm and weighs 184g.
