Motorola rolls out Android 16 update in India, know which models get the update first
Motorola has announced that the Android 16 will be available on Motorola Edge 60 Pro, Edge 60 Fusion, and Edge 50 Pro.
Motorola has rolled Android 16 update in India for its devices. The initial models that get the latest OS update are Motorola Edge 60 series smartphones. Other devices from the manufacturer will get Android 16 update very soon. There are multiple upgrades that the latest OS will offer.
The new update brings features like notification auto grouping, improved hearing device support, instant hotspot and much more.
Motorola has announced that the Android 16 will be available on Motorola Edge 60 Pro, Edge 60 Fusion, and Edge 50 Pro. It seems that the company will rollout the OS update in a phased manner across the eligible models.

The Notification Auto Grouping feature will reduce multiple alerts from applications in order to reduce the clutter from notification. There is also an improved support for LE Audio devices for dealing with noisy environments. The update also offers better control for hearing aids. The instant hotspot update allows tablets/ Chromebooks signed into a single Google account to connect to their smartphone’s hotspot without the need for a password.
The new OS offers users to create personalised profiles for different activities like working, driving, sleeping and much more.
Motorola also brings in the Moto Secure 5.5 with updated features like Secure Power-Off, advanced privacy dashboard and other controls. The Secure Power-Off feature prevents stolen/ lost phone shutdown.
