iQOO 15 India launch likely to take place around end of 2025, know the latest leak

China launch of iQOO 15 will take place in October and the latest leak has mentioned the device’s launch timeline for India. The launch of iQOO 15 (the successor to iQOO 13) will take place in November/ December of this year. The specifications of the variant that will launch in India are expected to be same as that of the China variant.

According to the latest leak by Tipster Debayan Roy (@Gadgetsdata) on X (formerly Twitter) the live images of the purported iQOO 15 are out. The smartphone will offer a squircle camera module on the top-left side of the rear panel. On the front, the smartphone will offer a flat display with a punch-hole to house a front camera. The slim bezel around the display runs uniformly on all sides. The tipster has also mentioned that the iQOO 15 might launch in India in November or December. The device will launch in China in October.
IQOO has already confirmed about the presence of 6.85-inch 2K 8T LTPO Samsung Everest Display. The display integrates 2K LEAD OLED technology along with Samsung’s M14 luminescent material. The new Everest screen delivers 40 percent better luminous efficiency but reduces the power usage by massive 44 percent. The new screen extends the lifespan by 50 percent. The refresh rate of the device goes up to 144Hz while the peak local brightness goes up to 6000 nits.
The company has also confirmed that the iQOO 15 will be powered by a Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 SoC that is paired with Q3 gaming chipset.
A recent leak mentioned that the iQOO 15 will offer three 50MP sensors at the rear, including a telephoto shooter with 5x optical zoom. The device will get USB 3.2 Type-C connectivity and IP69 rating for dust and water resistance.
The device is likely to offer 7000mAh battery with 100W wired charging support.
