Cricketer Shikhar Dhawan confirms his relationship, says “Most beautiful girl in the room is my girlfriend”
In a recent interview former cricket star, Shikhar Dhawan opened up about his new relationship and his telepathic connection with his son.
A photo of Shikhar Dhawan went viral during Champions Trophy 2025. The former Indian cricketer was spotted with a mystery woman which fascinated the audience. Multiple media reports the woman is Sophie Shine, she is from Ireland.
Recently in an interview with Times now, an anchor asked him about his girlfriend. Initially, dhawan resisted to answer but finally he said, “I will not take any name. But, the most beautiful girl in the room is my girlfriend.” The camera turned around and focused on a woman who looked the same who accompanied Dhawan at the Champions Trophy.
In the same Interview the cricketer also opened up about how he misses his son. He revealed how he tries to stay in touch with his 11-year-old son Zoraver in spiritual manner. Dhawan divorced his ex-wife Ayesha Mukherji in October 2023, but lost custody of his son Zoraver. He was granted visitation rights, but he has been blocked and hasn’t met his son since divorce.
When asked he spoke emotionally, “my son is 11 years now but I have seen him for only two-and-a- half years of his life.”
He further added that he would hug his son and spend time with him to compensate all the years that he has missed. He visualises himself hugging his son, talking to him, playing with him during meditation and is connected with him spiritually.
