Ranchi: Vaibhav Suryavanshi becomes the youngest player in history to score a century in Men’s List A cricket. Furthermore, he broke the record of Pakistan player Saheed Afridi after hitting 100 runs off 36 balls in the Bihar vs Arunachal Pradesh match in the Vijay Hazare Trophy at the JSCA Oval Ground in Ranchi on Wednesday.

He has made the second-fastest List A century by an Indian ever. He was in his destructive form and gave a marvelous return after India lost the U-19 Asia Cup final against Pakistan. He scored 16 fours and 15 sixes while bringing up the runs.

14-year-old Vaibhav Suryavanshi is a left-handed top-order batter from Bihar who became famous after his IPL debut in 2025. He became the youngest ever centurion in men’s T20 cricket when he cracked 101 off 38 balls for Rajasthan Royals (RR) against Gujarat Titans in Jaipur in IPL 2025.
