The Border Security Force (BSF) has invited application from eligible job aspirants for the recruitment of Constable (General Duty) posts under Group C on a temporary basis.
According to the official notification, a total of 391 vacancies for constable positions will be filled with this recruitment drive.
Interested and eligible candidates can registrater and apply for the posts via the official BSF recruitment website, rectt.bsf.gov.in from October 16, 2025, and the link will remain open till November 4, 2025.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants should have passed Matriculation or an equivalent examination from a recognised board. In addition to the educational qualification, candidates are also required to have participated in or won medals in the sports competitions listed in the official notification within the last two years from the closing date of the advertisement.
Age Limit
The candidates applying for the BSF GD Constable 2025 should have a minimum age limit of 18 years, while the maximum age limit is 23 years. However, relaxation in the upper age limit will be provided to candidates belonging to reserved categories.

How to apply for BSF Constable GD Recruitment 2025
Step-1: Visit the BSF recruitment portal, rectt.bsf.gov.in.
Step-2: On the homepage, and click on the “Apply Online” link for the Constable (GD) posts
Step-3: Register and create a login ID.
Step-4: Log in and fill in the application form
Step-5: Now upload all required documents including scanned copies of educational certificates, sports achievements, and identity proof etc.
Step-6: Pay the applicable fee and submit the form.
After submission, candidates should download and keep a copy of the application for reference.
The BSF has advised applicants to complete their registration and submission process well before the last date to avoid any last-minute technical issues.
