The 27-second clip was shared by Indian Forest Service (IFS) officer Parveen Kaswan with caption, “What a divine sight. Look like that lioness is guarding the temple !!”
The clips shows the lioness sitting calmly outside the temple like its guarding the temple. The viral clip has already gathered more than 55,000 views and continues to attract attention.
Many people who watched it were surprised and even thought it was created using artificial intelligence (AI) because of how unusual and peaceful the scene looked.
Later, when they realized it was real, viewers expressed amazement at how close wildlife can be to human settlements.
Social media users also highlighted how the video shows the unique bond between nature, wildlife and culture in Gujarat.
