In an unusual incident, a fight between a passenger and a food vendor at Jabalpur Railway station has gone viral. The video is drawing widespread attention on social media.

In the viral clip, a passenger can be seen buying samosa from a vendor after getting off the train. When he tried to pay through UPI, the transaction fails.

As the train begins to move, the passenger returns the samosa and attempts to board the train again. However, the vendor stops him, grabs him by the collar and demands payment.

Worried about missing his train, the man then removes his smart watch and hands it over to the vendor as a guarantee. Only after that, the vendor gives him two plates of Samosa and lets him go.

The incident quickly spread on social media with many users criticising the vendor’s aggressive behaviour. Several people also pointed out that digital payments issues can lead to unnecessary conflicts if not handled carefully.

He wrote, “The vendor has been identified and a case has been registered against him by the RPF, and he has been taken into custody. Additionally, action is also being taken to cancel the license of the licensee.”

One user commented, “You should keep at least Rs 500 case with you, put it behind your mobile cover ,Sometimes the bank server is down. You should also have two bank accounts. Sometimes, when the bank is under maintenance, you can make payments from the other account.”

While another added, “Money should be given in advance at such a place… The excuse that the vehicle will be missed is not good.”
