The customer shared the incident on social media who explained that he bought the iPhone 16 during the sale.
When the delivery arrived, he asked the delivery boy to open the package in front of him. To his shock, the box did not contain an iPhone 16 but a Samsung smartphone.
The customer recorded the unboxing and uploaded the video on social media, where it quickly went viral. Many users expressed concern and tagged Flipkart to respond.
Flipkart later replied to the post. The company apologized for the trouble caused and requested the customer to share his order details so that the matter could be checked and resolved.
Further, many users also shared their own experiences and claimed that mix-ups happen frequently on Flipkart, raising questions about the company’s delivery process.
One user commented, “Few days back I ordered a baby carrier bag. But Flipkart delivered the damaged, without strip bag, and their customer care is not responding to the problem. The solution for problem is still pending from 3 months.”
