Punjabi singer Rajvir Jawanda, known for hit songs like ‘Kangani’ and ‘Chakvi Mandeer’tragically lost his life in a bike accident near Baddi, Himachal Pradesh on September 27, 2025.
The 33-year-old artist, who was passionate about biking was riding his BMW R1250 GS Adventure when the accident occurred.
Just a month earlier, Rajvir had purchased his new bike which was priced at around Rs.31 lakh. He had shared a video of himself joyfully unveiling the bike, which has now resurfaced online following his death. Fans are mourning his loss and expressing shock over the tragedy.
Many fans have also criticized the poor condition of Indian roads and lack of safety measures. One fan wrote, “Rajvir bought a bike worth Rs.31 lakh and shared his happiness. But safety on Indian roads is zero. No matter how expensive your vehicle is, you are not safe. RIP brother.”
While another added, “So many people die on our roads, but nothing changes. Roads are bad, rules are weak, and safety is ignored.”
Some netizens directly blamed the authorities for negligence, mentioning the Pinjore-Nalagarh highway, where the accident happened.
One post said, “This is not an accident — it’s the result of corruption and bad road management.”
Meanwhile, others expressed personal grief, even without knowing him, saying, “I didn’t know him, but this is heartbreaking. We should feel ashamed that people are dying because roads are unsafe.”
