Youth killed, 8 others turn critical following a powerful firecracker blast in Boudh district
Due to the blast while the house and surrounding constructions were completely destroyed the body of a youth torn into pieces
Boudh: A youth was killed while 8 others turned critical following a powerful firecracker blast in Boudh district of Odisha on Sunday. The horrific accident has taken place in the Jiankata village near Purunakatack of the district.
As per reports, the house caught fire following the fire cracker blast. As a result the house was completely destroyed. Even, all the nearby things were also destroyed.
The explosion was so violent that the boy of the deceased youth was torn into pieces.
Upon receiving information, Police and fire brigade reached the spot and rescue operations are underway.
