A young woman postal employee was found dead under mysterious circumstances at Tagira village in Bhadrak Rural tehsil of Bhadrak district today.
Bhadrak: A young woman postal employee was found dead under mysterious circumstances at Tagira village in Bhadrak Rural tehsil of Bhadrak district today.
The deceased woman, who belongs to a tribal community of Baincha village under Basta police station in Balasore district, was living in a reentered house and working as postal runner since three years.
However, she committed suicide by handing herself in a rope inside the rented house this evening. Later, the house owner informed the police and her family about her death.
Soon, Bhadrak rural police reached the spot, seized the body and sent it to the hospital for autopsy. They also started an investigation into the matter. Besides, they also seized her mobile phone and inquired the house owner about her death.
It is said that the young woman in question was the only earning member of her family.
Meanwhile, her brother, sister-in-law and mother have reached the spot after receiving the news of her death and have appealed for an impartial investigation into the incident.
