Two prisoners break Choudwar jail, see details
Two prisoners broke the Choudwar jail and escaped. They were imprisoned for dacoity and murder charges.
Choudwar: As many as two prisoners broke the Choudwar jail in Cuttack district today and fled away.
According to information, the prisoners ran away using bamboo from the Choudwar jail. The prisoners broke open the cells of the jail and escaped.
The runaway prisoners have been identified as two Bihari dacoits. They had been arrested for looting a jewellery shop in Panikoili.
While looting the jewellery shop, they had also killed a man in the firing. The were imprisoned for dacoity and murder charges. The Cuttack Zone-1 ACP and Choudwar police station officer are continuing their investigation to arrest the prisoners.
