Two KISS students crack Odisha Civil Services Examination, Founder Dr Achyuta Samanta congratulates

The two successful students are Pradeep Kumar Bhatra from Koraput district and Pushparani Kujur from Sambalpur district.

Bhubaneswar: Two KISS students have cracked the Odisha Civil Services Examination conducted by the Odisha Public Service Commission this year.

They are Pradeep Kumar Bhatra and Pushparani Kujur.

Pushparani of Panchakhand Sahi village in Rairakhol area of Sambalpur district was studying in KISS from class IV. Daughter of Celestine Kujur and Kirpa Kujur, she belongs to the Oram community. She has completed PG in Economics from KISS University.

Similarly, Pradeep is the son of late Giridhari Bhatra and Banabasi Bhatra of Baniagan in Koraput district. He belongs to the Bhatra community. He was studying in KISS from class VI. After completing his education, he started preparing for the Odisha Civil Services Examination conducted by the Odisha Public Service Commission.

Dr Achyuta Samanta, founder of KIIT and KISS, has expressed his happiness over success of these two students. He congratulated the two talented students on their success who hail from very poor families.

In his response, Dr. Samanta said, KISS has always been careful that money does not becomes a barrier for education of poor children. Here, special coaching is provided to talented students for various entrance and competitive examinations.

It is worth noting that many students of KISS are pursuing higher education in prestigious institutions like IIT, IIM and NIT, while many students and teachers are succeeding in OAS and OJS exams.
