Tiger terror in Kamakhyanagar of Dhenkanal district in Odisha, pugmarks spotted in field leaves locals panic stricken
Kamakhyanagar: In a shocking incident, tiger terror has been experienced in Dhenkanal district of Odisha. Tiger pugmarks have been seen in Khatkhura village under Kamakhyanagar Eastern Range.
According to reports, tiger footprints were found in Khatkhura village in the paddy field. Now since it is the paddy harvesting season, people are afraid to go to the field due to the fear of a tiger attack.
Recently, the tiger had attacked and killed a bull in Kantaripat forest ten days ago. After that, there was no trace of the tiger. Today the tiger footprints were seen again. The people of the villages near the forest are in a state of panic.
The residents of the area have demanded that the Forest Department should reach the spot immediately and chase away the tiger.
