Bhubaneswar: As many as 10 notorious criminals have been caught by the Police. They were arrested under the Section 110.
According to information, the police caught and booked these criminals under section 110. These included the notorious Jharkhandi gang along with cyber frauds.
The gang also consisted of chain snatchers and miscreants with swords. While all the criminals are now in jail, the police have imposed such 110 sections to keep them away from crime for two years.
Many of the criminals among them have more than 6 cases registered in their names.
Notorious chain snatcher Nirmal Ransingh has recently been jailed in an NDPS case. He has 18 criminal cases in his name.
Three robbers of the Jharkhandi gang steal mobile phones and withdraw money from phone accounts from mobile phones. Similarly, there are 9 cases in the name of Sachid Khan Kilok.
