Bhubaneswar: The Odisha government has issued a new SOP for the recruitment exams in the state. The examination will be monitored through AI. Guidelines have been issued to prevent question paper leaks and other irregularities.
According to the new guidelines, all question papers will be printed in government-approved press. Printing will be done under the supervision of senior administrative officers and police officers.
According to reports, the SOP has been issued for confidential printing of question papers and OMR sheets, barcoding, packaging and security of question papers at the treasury level. Each stage of the exam will be under the supervision of senior government officers and police officers.
To prevent leaks, the remaining materials will be destroyed after printing the question papers. With the aim of ensuring error-free and transparent recruitment exams for more than 1.5 lakh posts, the government has issued an SOP on behalf of Additional Chief Secretary Surendra Kumar.
The SOP issued is applicable to all departments, recruitment boards and district administrations. Encrypted platform, browser lockdown technology will be used for secure online exams. Advanced AI will be used to monitor eye movements, screen switching and suspicious behavior. All test centers will be monitored by an integrated command control center.
