RTOs asked to launch special enforcement drive across Odisha
All the Regional Transport Officers and Additional Regional Transport Officers have been asked to launch special enforcement drive across Odisha for two days.
Cuttack: All the Regional Transport Officers and Additional Regional Transport Officers have been asked to launch special enforcement drive across Odisha for two days.
In a letter to all the RTOs and additional RTOs, the Transport Commissioner-cum-Chairman of the State Transport Authority (STA), Odisha, has directed to conduct special enforcement drive against drunken driving, excess speed, triple riding, wrong side driving and plying vehicle without helmet.
The special enforcement drive will be conducted on December 30 and December 31, 2025.
They have been requested to conduct the drive in full strength with all Odisha Motor Vehicle Department (OMVD) officials including RTO, MVI, DST, Asst. MVI, Jr. MVI, TI and TSI.
They also have been asked to submit the report on January 1, 2026.
