The Court filed the suo motu against Srivastav for his derogatory remarks on the order of the court over the re-evaluation of the answer sheets of the students.
The HC has directed the Joint Secretary of CBSE to reply by July 3. It has also asked the CBSE officials to re-evaluate the answer sheets of 18 students who had moved the court seeking re-evaluation.
This apart, the board has also been asked to submit the answer sheets by noon tomorrow.
Results of many students in Bhubaneswar zone of the board were kept withheld while many students had complained of faulty evaluation. This had created chaos and resulted to vehement protests by the students and their parents.
