Puri: The ‘Ganati manati’ of the jewelleries of the Ratna Bhandara of the Srimandira in Puri of Odisha will be done after the month of Kartika, informed Law Minister today.
The Law Minister has informed that all the jewels of Mahaprabhu will be counted after the month of Kartika. The renovation of the Ratnabhandara of Mahaprabhu in the temple has been completed and the jewelleries are being taken back to the original Ratna Bhandara. However, the Ganati manati will be done after Kartika month.
Many special rituals are carried out in the month of Kartika at the Srimandira of Puri. Accordingly, it will be difficult to carry out the ‘Ganati Manati’ after Kartika due to crowd in the temple, the Law Minister said.
