Father of the concerned lady lecturer lodged the complaint against principal Pradeep Kumar Das alleging that Das repeatedly proposed her over the phone calls and WhatsApp chats.
The mater came to the light after the lady lecturer said her family members that she wants to quit the job as she was being harassed by the principal, who also repeatedly asked her over the phone calls and messages to get into a relationship with him.
After going through the WhatsApp chats and listening to the call recordings of Pradeep Kumar Das, which purportedly showed him proposing the lecturer, her father lodge a complaint against Das.
Acting on the complaint, Bolagarh police registered a case against Pradeep Kumar Das and started an investigation into the matter. They also interrogated the lady lecturer over the matter. However, the accused principal has taken a two-day leave from the college.
Meanwhile, an audio of the accused principal asking the on-duty lady lecturer to meet him personally or make a video call as he wanted to see her, has massively gone viral on social medial platforms.
