OTET exam results to be announced by January 20: BSE President
The results of Odisha Teacher Eligibility Test (OTET) conducted today will be announced by January 20, 2026, informed Board of Secondary Education (BSE) president Srikanta Tarai.
Bhubaneswar: The results of Odisha Teacher Eligibility Test (OTET) conducted today will be announced by January 20, 2026, informed Board of Secondary Education (BSE) president Srikanta Tarai.
While speaking about today’s exam, the BSE president said that the OTET exam was held peacefully without any issue. A total of 1,60,379 candidates, including in-service and aspiring teachers, appeared the exam at 452 centres across the state, he added.
The BSE president further said that OTET answer sheet will be made available on the board’s website (bseodisha.nic.in) by the end of December. After that, the candidate will be given a week of time to lodge complaints regarding the exam if they have any, he informed.
The board will make every effort to publish the OTET results within a month i.e by January 20,2026, informed Tarai.
It is to be noted here that the Paper-I of the OTET Exam 2025 was held from 9 AM to 11.30 AM while the Paper-II exam was conducted between 1.30 PM to 4 PM today.
