Odisha CM Mohan Charan Majhi sips tender coconut water en route to Puri, watch
The CM stopped at a roadside tender coconut shop near Satyabadi along with others to quench his thirst
Puri: Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi drank tender coconut water on his way to Puri today. The CM’s carcade stopped near Satyabadi and he got down from the vehicle and quenched thirst with tender coconut water.
As per information, chief minister Mohan Charan Majhi was proceeding to Puri today to attend an event and to have darshan of Lord Jagannath. However, he stopped at a roadside tender coconut kiosk near Satyabadi along with all the people who were accompanying him. He then asked the vendor to give tender coconut water and quenched his thirst. He also paid money for the tender coconut.
The roadside vendor was overwhelmed to welcome the chief minister of Odisha in his small temporary roadside shop. He happily served tender coconut to the CM. By this, once again Mohan Charan Majhi has proved that he is the people’s CM. The locals were anxious and happy to witness this rare happening.
The CM was visiting Puri today grace as the Chief Guest in a program on Indian Education Policy 2020. He is scheduled to visit the Habishyali Center and have darshan of Mahaprabhu at the Srimandira in the afternoon.
