Jeypore: A woman charred to death following a fire accident in Koraput district of Odisha yesterday night. In another case, a youth jumped into the River following death of a girl.
In the first case, a woman charred to death after fire breaks out at her house in the OMP colony.
The deceased woman has been identified as Priyanka Panda.
After getting information the fire department officers reached the spot and doused the fire. It has been known that the fire broke out due to short circuit.
In a separate case in the same district a youth jumped into River following death of a girl.
As per information, a girl was found dead yesterday at the DP Camp in Sunabeda. After getting the news about death of the girl, a youth jumped into the River. His family members have filed a missing report in this connection. The fire department officers have initiated a search operation in the River.
