Group clash in Bhubaneswar leaves two youths critically injured
Two youths reportedly sustained critical injuries following a group clash in Chintamaniswar Talasahi under Laxmisagar police station limits of Bhubaneswar today.
Bhubaneswar: Two youths reportedly sustained critical injuries following a group clash in Chintamaniswar Talasahi under Laxmisagar police station limits of Bhubaneswar today.
The injured youths identified as Badal and Rudra from Lane 11 of Chintamaniswar Talasahi were attacked reportedly by a group of around 15 miscreants.
The miscreants allegedly attacked Badal and Rudra using sharp which left the duo critically injured as they sustained grievous injuries on their heads, legs and hands.
Soon, some locals rescued Badal and Rudra and admitted them at Capital Hospital for treatment.
While the exact reason behind the group clash is yet to be ascertained, it is assumed to have been triggered by a dispute between them over the New Year’s feast.
A team of cops from the Laxmisagar police station reached the crime spot and initiated an investigation into the matter. They launched an operation to identify and nab the accused persons involved in the crime.
