Group clash breaks out in Angul of Odisha, 1 dead
Group clash in Angul has resulted in the death of one person. His brother has sustained critical injuries and is hospitalised.
Angul: A group clash broke out between two groups at Harimauri Chack in Angul district of Odisha. One person died while his brother is critically injured in the group clash.
According to information, one of the two brothers was killed and the other was seriously injured in the scuffle.
The deceased was identified as Saurabh Basa while his brother Saubhagya Basa has been shifted to Cuttack as his condition is critical.
The reason for the scuffle and attack is not clear, but it is suspected that the incident took place over the ambulance business and past enmity.
It is also known that a youth from the group that attacked the two brothers was also injured. Angul Town Police Station reached the spot and started an investigation into the incident.
