An elderly woman died under mysterious circumstances at her residence in Kumudabali village under Ambadola police limits in Rayagada district
Rayagada: An elderly woman died under mysterious circumstances at her residence in Kumudabali village under Ambadola police limits in Odisha’s Rayagada district. Her half-charred body was recovered from her home.
The deceased identity is yet to be ascertained, she was a native of the same village.
As per sources, the woman was living all alone in her house, when some unknown miscreants entered her residence and looted her and set her house on fire.
On seeing, the house on fire, locals immediately alerted the police. The police reached the village and doused the flame. They have started an investigation into the matter.
